8wk scan photo and nausea bands

No spotting since that bleed at 6weeks and the cyst is shrinking slightly and there is a heartbeat!

Anyway. Has anyone used nausea bands? I ordered some yesterday hoping they work. For £1.50 worth a try!

I’ll let you know if they work. My nausea comes in the mornings and in the evenings so I really need something to try and manage it 😩
