90 days prior to conception book

Someone one here recommended the 90 days prior to conception book and I can't remember the name of it or which thread it was recommended in. Could someone help?

'TWAS Me !!

Its a fab book - with some good sections for men too.

Its got massive sections on all the vitamins you'll need and how to make sure you get the right balance etc.

I bought a few other pre-conception books from amazon but this ones the best by far.

If you find any others let me know!

I got the Haynes baby manual for my man.
But like all manuals - he won't look at it unless he absoloutely has to!
