9DPO & symptoms... Please help?

So I've had a few twinges and stuff since ovulation but today my BBs are hurting slightly to touch, I have a full ache/pressure in my low left side, that get worse when I cough or touch it, and I nearly threw my lunch back to today. Slight nausea after too. Is this something to get excited about? Please help!

Only time will tell sweetie as all that can happen pre AF as well. I no personally I have had it plenty of times nd got AF. I hope nd pray that this is ur
