I would say no. There is no clear biphasic temperature shift needed I confirm ovulation. That being said, I am in the exact same fricken boat. I am regular, last month I had a text book cycle. Complete with dip and highest temps I've ever had. My period came two days early, lasted 2 days longer and my coverline never returned to normal. I had ovulation signs complete with O pain CD 13.... But my temps are ALL over the place. I've been spotting a lot all month.... So it looks like an anovulatory cycle on my end.
It happens from time to time for women.
Sorry wish I could be of more help. Keep charting!!! You mght ovulate later in the cycle and just have a late period.
