A bruise on my bump

Im still in complete agony from last night, I can stand up but I find it really hard to put one foot infront of the other I have noticed a greeny bruise on top of my bump near my belly button which is tender, any ideas why or what it could be from?

Have you recently had an appointment? My bump got a bruise after MW felt baby's position.
