A day with less cramping...worrisome?

The past few days my cramping was very present as well as lower back ache but today I have neither. I feel a bit worried. Did this happen to anyone else?

I have found all my symptoms come and go and some days are worse than others. I just wish this tiredness would disappear just for 1 day so I can get all the housework done xx

I had horrible cramps soon after BFP but they lasted only a couple of weeks. No cramps at all after about 6w, not till BH set in. So I wouldn't worry.

My cramping subsided at about 7 weeks and i haven't had any since! I've MC in the past and was CONVINCED when i went for the 7w 4d ultrasound, there would be no heartbeat. But there it was, strong and beautiful! VERY COMMON for symptoms to come and go. Don't worry!
