a druggy touched my bump ... ewww!

I understand why you reacted that way, we have had 2 cases were a druggy asked someone for a cigarette, person instead of saying they didn't have them told the druggy off. The first case the druggy stabbed the lady and she survived, the second he shot the lady and she died, just over a cigarette. Two different cases over 2 months period, first one they were smoking outside the mall and second waiting for the transit train.

I work in downtown and thankfuly drive, i get out and run to my office and back to the car, if a druggy approached me and i had no where to run for, i would be supper polite and chat with them. You have to weigh your options between your safety and speaking your mind, it is just not worth it sometimes.

Mordino, Crazy world huh? I would smile chat with them and if they want a cigarrete i will give them some change to get one, it is honestly not worth it, saftey comes first.
