Before you wrap all your pressies, take them out of the boxes , undo all the tie's (which takes ages:dohh:)
Put all the batterys in, almost most have batterys in nowadays:)

Trust me it makes xmas morning so much less stressful especially with olders one's when there screaming to play with a pressie and your faffing around trying to detach the thing from the bloody box:lol:

You're full of great tips :D We should make a tips and tricks thread to make Christmas a bit less stressful for ourselves.

That's a REALLY good idea! I would have never thought of that!
Thank you! :)

Thats a great idea

Good Plan!!!
That used to be Neils job, I remember when Gemma was little and had a million Bratz dolls one xmas, he was sat there til 1pm undoing them all!!

Thank you, I will deffo be doing this, last year was so stressful

We used to do that when Freya was younger, but stopped for some reason.
Great tip!

Knowing me I would ruin the box, normally have to, to get those little blighters out

I remember being little and having to wait for someone to open and faff with all the stuff!

Im gonna do this this year too. last year we wasted so much time getting everything out of the boxes only for her to cast them aside ready for the next one.. then same again.. took ages.. what a waste of mornin when I coulda been watchin the snowman hehe xx
