A lot of discharge...

Is it normal to have a lot of discharge? Sometimes I feel something "coming out" so I run to check for blood and (thankfully) see a clearish (sometimes it's slightly yellowish after wiping but that could be from whipping after peeing?) discharge. Is this normal?

This is very common, I'm constantly going to the toilet thinking its periods and it turns out to be cm it's thought to be because of the increased blood flow to the area.
