It was the MFM that told me to gain 30-40 lbs (even though I started out above average) and she's the one that told me I need to rest more and eat more to get the weight on. Was it your regular OB or MFM that said it was fine?
They each have their own placentas correct? That reduces the risk. The nearest NICU is 4 hours for me. The high risk doctor said he would let me know if I needed to stay closer.Thanks guys!!! I should explain a little more, I was curious because the parents have asked me to see a high risk doctor starting at 23 weeks, and I'm also supposed to move 3 hours away to the nearest top level NICU. Our hospital is rated right below them, but they want the best. I am trying to find a way to explain that just because it's twins, I'm not automatically high risk
