A question about the shop boots!

I brought some curling tongs, have opened them but they arn't what I thought, want to take them back and exchange them. I have all the parts/packaging and receipt and have used them on a few strands of hair will i be able to exchange them?

I work at boots!!. Normally the exchange policy with electrical goods is an exchange or refund.If the products faulty. That's mainly for health and hygiene reasons though. You'd be surprised at what some people bring back :sick:.

You can also take back products you aren't happy with but only some manufactures have the "Not happy get you're money back" policy

Just say they cut out every so often and you have already got a new set so you'd like a refund :shrug:

Depends on the store.. The electrical consultant at our store will test all products that are brought back as faulty to make sure they actually are but some stores are a bit slap dash with returns etc
