A random rash on bump

Hi girls, random question but I've had a little rash develope on my bump over the last couple of weeks. I'm going to mention it to the midwife on Thursday but have you guys ever seen anything like it before? It's gone from being the size of a 5p piece to probably about a 50p piece in about a week and a half. It itches but it's not overly itchy... E45 isn't helping it go away and I'm not an eczema sufferer.

Just wondered if anyone knew what it could be??

It could be PUPPPS, known in United Kingdom as polymorphic eruption of pregnancy (PEP), because that is how mine started out. Just a small spot that kind of itched but not too bad. If it is, I am so sorry because the itch can get brutal! I havent found anything that will totally get rid of the itch either!

Hi Hun, thank you for your reply!! How random as I only heard about that from your post the other day!!! What does pupps mean for bubs, is she safe in there with it? Think I might call the midwife on Monday and ask her to come and take a look at it...

Its perfectly safe for both you and the baby. Its just annoying and very very itchy! I get some relief from an oatmeal bath but that is very temporary!
