I work at Walgreens and we sell soft cups. I figured it was only good for during your period, but I have heard while women are trying to conceive they use it after sex? I am just wanting info such as, is it uncomfortable? How long do I keep it in? Should I do my best to stay lying down while putting it in? Also has anyone used these and actually found them effective?

Didn't want to read and leave you hanging. But, I don't have any good advice. I didn't even know what Soft Cups were until I read your post and looked online. Wish I could help, so sorry I can't though.

I use them around ovulation time and usually leave them in over night after bd. You can't feel them at all (at least I can't). I've heard that they work and that's why I tried them, but no luck yet (this is my 2nd month using them). I still have about a week before I test, but I'll check back here if I get a BFP! :)
