Hiya girlies,

I am attaching a tummy pic 6 weeks post partum, a pic of me at 35 & 37 weeks pregnant and a pic of me going out (7 weeks pp) on my first date with hubby after isobelle....and wanted to share with you ladies, that I do not go to the gym....but I kettlebell train at home.

I have 3 children.

I had a personal trainer after having my 2 boys previously (and would train 5 days per week combined with a low carb high protein diet) eliptical strider and 8kg kettlebell workout... No sugar, no more booze:( , low carb,6 small meals per day plus 2.5ltrs water . However 3rd time round, it is not cost effective to have a PT. I have bought an 8kg kettle bell from ebay and dvds and started to train 2 days per week....because the body is still recovering, I do not want to over do it. For beginners you will need 2kg and then a 4kg. I still have 2 stone to lose. I am not on a diet at the moment and eat whatever i like! Kettle belle training strengthens your core, bodily strength, tones, can be used as a cardio workout.

However seek medical advice before proceeding.

As of last week I have started to weigh myself, I am 5'9 and last tuesday weighed 14 sstone.....my goal and usual weight is 11 stone. Today i weight 13st 4Ibs so some how lost 10ib last week!!!!

I hope that you find this useful xxx Any questions, inbox me xxx

I will keep you informed of my progress and feel free to post your weightloss diary also :happydance:xx

Well done.
Although, I would say that a 2kg and 4kg kettlebell would be too light for beginners, as a lot of the moves are swings and use momentum.
Personally, I think a 6kg or an 8kg is the perfect weight for a beginner.
