a TTC question

Has anyone started prepping for baby while TTC? If so, what items do you look into getting first? Baby has his/her own room and OH and I thought we might be able to save a little by starting to shop for the big stuff early, getting gender neutral items. What does everyone else think?

Why not? There is no harm in it really. I always find it's easier to find the things you need before you really need them rather then at the last minute.

We already have all our newborn clothes and 3/4 of our 0-3 months too. I say go for it!

Were just buying equipment at the moment if we find any good deals! We have a tommee tippee set, Gro egg room thermometer and have just ordered a baby monitor Exciting!!

we officially got our first item today! Small and simple, but OH just had to have it, it was really sweet. We got a car seat cover for our truck (everything in the truck is camo, including snow camo paint on the outside of it). It was really nice seeing him so excited about buying baby's first item!
