I've noticed a change in my baby's cry yesterday.

At first I thought something was wrong because the pitch/sound was totally different from all the other days.

It sound like she was hurting because for the last 2 days she was suffering from constipation. After she finally made her bowel movement, I noticed the same cry again, when she wants a bottle feed.

I've come to the conclusion that her crying/voice pitch has changed.

I was so concerned, thought she was in a lot of pain.

Has anyone discovered a change in their babies cries starting from that age?

Yes max did the same at 2 months I think i even started a thread on here asking .. lol
babies at that age and 4 months old too lol seem to try out there voices and test moms ..so if her fever is not up and shes not sick shes just testing her vocal cords

they almost sound like they have no more voice squeaky almost ?

i noticed jessica's cry is different today
it scared me so much
i really thought she was hurt :(
but she wasnt, she just making loads of different noises.
and is finding her voice :D and likes to make me worry in the process of it lol

We both packed up laughing when his cry changed. He used to have a nice deep cry and then at about 2 1/2 months it changed to a really gay sounding cry.
