Anyone know how to get rid of the pain from my mouth ulcer:shurg:


Its soo sore I have tried mouth wash,salt,salty warm water.

Ooh poor you I used to suffer terribly with them so have tried EVERYTHING!

The best thing is now discontinued in the UK (adcortyl) but I have recently tried a new bonjela called bonjela complete - its not cheap, think about 8 quid but its wonderful, you need scraping off the ceiling at first as it goes on but then the relief is instant

Mine were on my tongue so iglu etc just kept scraping off on my teeth but this stayed put.

Agreed! That's what I use. My papa would say to use hot sauce- apparently it hurts like hell at first but heals up the ulcer right quick. I've been too scared to try though! lol

I get them all the time too and this is what works best for me. It sort of covers the ulcer up and takes the pain away.

Definatley get some Anbesol hun...sells really well at work and its effective as one of the main ingredients is lidocaine which numbs the area/pain x
