Ab workout

Starting yesterday afternoon, my abs feel like I've done about a hundred situps. What's that all about? Is it normal?
 
normal =] just think how much is going on with all the stretching and muscle loosening =]
 
It's just a bit disconcerting. I expected cramps down lower but this is higher than I expected so it's throwing me off!
 
I get the muscle fatigue kind of pain every time I stretch! And it is not just the lower down tummy muscles but even those hard to train ones just below the solar plexus. Thing is it feels more like they are being softened up than toned. Oh and when did coughing and sneezing ever hurt my non too well trained tummy muscles??
