abdominal cramps/pains/aches, like water infection.

ive had abdominal pains/aches and the same pains/aches in my back (bit like period pains)
i had a urinanlysis (sp) im not pregnant, i have some white blood cells present which the doc said could be infection.
im being sent a chlyamidia test?
is this normal?

I was given a chlamydia test when I had pain like this. By the time I got the test the pain had stopped. Nit sure what it was so sorry I can't be of any help. But isn't pain down near the stomach area in your back ment to be the kidneys??? Could just be a nasty water infection x

thats exactly what i thought? suppose they're just testing for anything!

- funny thing is, the pains gone now after a week, im still waiting for a test
