Abnormal shaped gestational sac/low progesterone/low heartbeat

So, trying to keep a long story short....but I have low progesterone. Three blood draw levels were 11.75/6.05/8.34....I'm now just starting suppositories after switching OB's.

I've had two ultrasounds so far, most recent was measuring 5w6d 1 day ago with a heart rate of 94bmp. I ovulate late (around CD 19) so I would expect for my dates to be a little off when using LMP.

The part that concerns me is the abnormal shaped gest. sac. I asked my OB if she had ever seen an abnormal shaped one like mine that turned out okay and she answered honestly that she had never seen one like mine with a heartbeat, let alone such a strong one.

Anyone here have experience with this scenario and have it turn out okay??

Just updating for anyone whoay read this in the future. I went for a scan 1 week later, heart rate dropped to 50bpm. Had another scan a week later at 9w2d, missed miscarriage confirmed estimated 8w3d...still measuring 6w1d
