On friday morning my hubby was driving home from work and as he was coming down the hill to our cul-de-sac the brakes failed on the ice and he unavoidably crashed into a parked car, or rather he nearly did, our car wasn't even touching the parked car but he hit the wall and at the angle it stopped at it's literally just resting on it. Anyway another car, about half an hour later, did exactly the same thing and unfortunately has not stopped as well and has hit our car and another car. She hit ours quite hard and has dented all the bumper and boot door in so you can't even open the boot. It has also pushed our car into the parked car, thus causing damage. My pram was in the boot and it's usually up close to the boot door because I have to push it in. As well as the carseats in the car should I claim for my pram too? I'm not just trying to get as much out of the insurance as I can I' just concerned that my pram may not be safe now and as I'm putting my babies in it I don't want to take any risks  Would I even be able to? If it pushes and I can clip the seat units on it's not broken is it but my mum said it might seem ok now but you can't be sure the impact hasn't weakened the frame?

I would, you can't be too careful.

OT but what do you use for three under three pramwise?

Xx

I think you should its for your babies safety not for you grabbing money from insurance. Xxx

I swap and change lol. I have my girls in the pram (I have a baby jogger city select) and my eldest walks or goes on the buggy board. When he gets tired my youngest goes in the wrap and he goes in the pram. We don't take many long walks now in this kind of weather but sometimes I spend the whole day in the shopping mall which is huge so I do end up needing to swap them about a bit.

You've got it sussed!

What a bother I am having with my 4 month old and 20 month old as none of them want to be in the bottom seat of the tandem. Have got a buggy board to try eldest on so will see how we go.

Yes, you can. I did.

I thought my buggy was fine, took it out the boot, went to use it and the seat collapsed. So claimed for it and got it replaced.

should be able to claim for all hun.
