Accidental shoplifting with your kids

A store would never attempt to prosecute a child who snuck a little creme egg or something like that when mom isn't looking. Police and the courts would never prosecute that, it is certainly not in the public's interest (police might attend to give the child a lecutre).

Now, a parent hiding groceries inside a stroller or child's clothing (which DOES happen and is pretty sick) is a whole other story. That would at the very least involve social services, assuming the store contacts the police.
 
omg, this reminded me, Just before valentines day, when they have all the funny little gifts in the card shops... My LO stole an " I love sex" Purple Ronnie jokey type book about sex, lmao from clinton cards, i didn't notice till i was a few shops gone lol, but i took it back and said " Hii I'm sorry he stole this" lmao.... they just laughed... so i left quickly :/

i may have stolen a dolly from asda :blush:

we gave it to emily to play with around the shop
and i forgot to give it the woman on the til
and didn't notice til we were in the car :blush:

it was only a £2 cheapie thing though lol
