Thoughts? Opinions? Personal experiences?

We currently have 2 boys and will be trying for a girl this month (it will be our last baby... 3 kids is our max!). Obviously I will be happy with whatever gender it is, but I'd love a little girl. Have the Chinese gender charts been accurate for you?

There are a lot of myths out there on how to conceive a girl naturally... (i.e., positions, diet, etc.). Did you try them? If so, did it work?

...Just curious. My friends husband comes from an all boy family, and she ended up with 2 girls. She said the timing method worked for her.

Thanks in advance!

The Chinese gender predictor was not right for me...even used my lunar age and it still said boy. We followed the SMEP (sperm meets egg plan) for all three of our pregnancies and I must have a very hospitable (non-acidic) uterus as 2 out of our 3 pregnancies were girls. We think the first was a girl too (based on my symptoms/cravings being just like my current pregnancy), but we will never know. My second pregnancy was much different in terms of cravings/sickness but I just knew it was a girl and pathology said I was correct. I didn't follow any diet to make it less acidic, I think it is just how my body is...and all the women in my family have girls. I have read that if you eat a lot of cereal for breakfast you are more likely to have a boy. I have always been an eggs and toast kind of girl. It's so fun to guess/wonder/hypothesize! Good luck to you and I hope you get to have a little girl this time! <3

They were right twice out of 5 times for me so not really accurate IMO. I can't help with trying for a girl sorry, we ended up with 4 and am now pregnant with a boy :)

That's the second time I've heard that myth about the cereal! Weird...

Also, I thought you needed a more acidic ph (as opposed to a non-acidic ph environment) to conceive a girl (so the myth says)?

When i was pregnant my cravings were rice crispys, cocopops or crispy cakes and we had a girl. Tmi but my pee went bright yellow beacuse of the amount of b6 i was eating of ceral 😂 X

Chinese calender was correct first time (boy) but said boy again for second and I had a girl. Both pregnancies were very similar. The only difference was with the girl, I was a little more sick, and earlier on in the pregnancy. Little boy didn't cause any sickness until second trimester oddly, where as it started in first tri with girl. But generally very very similar. x

I asked this same question. and here were my results:
