Acrylic nails

Those that have acrylic nails do you go 2 or 3 weeks between infills?

Edit - forgot to say my nails grow very slow! That might change now though I've a bun in the oven!!

I tend to get 4 in between them before it looks like I need them doing again. My nails are made of Titanium though and grow ridiculously slowly.

I had my nails 7 weeks. Grew loads but looked good. I now do them myself. Cheaper and quite easy

I tried doing mine myself one, massive fail I'm not good with fiddly things!

how do you get them to last so long? mine fall off within 4 days so i end up ripping the rest off! x

When I had acrylics, I went every 2 weeks.

I wanted to go 3 weeks but got visible re growth on the nails on my index finger so wondering whether better go two weeks, well it's very visible to me!

I would be no good doing it myself either!

I don't have them but I am a qualified nail tech, if you want them to last longer the best and most effective thing you can use is solar oil by CND you can pick it up on eBay it is amazing! HTH x

I have a brilliant nail tech it's like they're stuck on with super glue

Solar oil is amazing I know people who use it on dry skin and as a hair serum too I a,so love the smell

I went every 2 weeks. I had acrylic nails for 7 years but couldn't afford the upkeep once I had kids.

I don't have them anymore but when I did for a short period I'd find myself wanting to go every two weeks - my nails grow stupidly fast!
