I just peeled the top off the yogurt pot and was about to shove a spoonful into my mouth before thinking I probably better double check! I think it is safe but wanted to take your opinions on it? This one has fibre in it that's why I bought it yesterday. xx

Uuuh... I hope so, i have at least one of these a day!

Yeah I think so too - this pregnancy stuff is confusing :(

I think it also includes bad bacteria not only good - in order to form the yogurt. But I think the main thing is to avoid yogurt made with unpasteurised milk and I think Activia uses pasteurised so we're cool I think.

The only things you need to stay clear of is the things on your list from your mw. If you don't have one then there is one on line from the food standards agency.

u can and ur allowed to eat all bio yogurts/drink with live bacteria in them.

Thanks for the replies  - not met with the MW yet so thanks for the heads up about the website :). I've eaten the yogurt and very much enjoyed it :winkwink:

I've been eating it every day too - yogurt is supposed to be helpful for pregnancy and it seems like activia would be the best kind to eat.

Yeah, I think so. Doesn't it have the probiotics? Those are very good for your digestive system - don't think they would do you any harm

I ate one of those when I wasn't pregnant and spent the whole night totally gassy! It was terrible! I stay far away from those things, they are not good for me personally.

My midwife told me to eat that kind of yoghurts as very good for you!

That's good news - I really liked the one I had yesterday...kiwi with cereal bits in it for some fibre...yum xx

i used to have one of these a day ... then even before i knew i was preg (but was preg if you get me) i completely went off of them. The thought of them now.. or infact any youghurt makes my stomach churn :(
