ad popping up every time...

This ad pops up every time I go to my user cp. Just started 2 days ago but it causes my phone to freeze and I have to refresh or go out of my browser completely and cone back in.
It's an ad for Hyundai and I'm in the states on my phone using the Chrome browser.
