Admin help....wont let me upload photos

Hey

I get the following message when trying to change avatar and also when i try to attach a photo to my journal. Never got this message before:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

'If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.'

Any ideas what i am doing wrong? x

There's another thread about the same issue. Admin said there to clear the cache and it should work so maybe try that xx

Could you clear cache and try again if the problem is still happening pop a reply back here with the link to the thread your trying to add a picture to.

Thank you....i admit i dont know what clear cache is....but my other half probably does so will get him to have a go when he gets back from work
