Hey,
I wanted to pass on some advice that might help some of you who get ovulation pains. Voltarol!
This is a heat pack that you can buy in a pharmacy; it's originally intended for people with back aches but it was recommended to me to help with ovulation pains. So I woke up this morning to the usual pains at cd13, which I hate because it can make BD'ing somewhat painful. Anyway, I tried the voltarol (I placed it on my sacrum) and, even though it doesn't take all the pain away, it's definitely taking the edge off. And we got to BD pain-free
Apparently the heat there is also really good in general for reproductive health. The pack lasts for 10 hours and it's great because you can go about your day without having to have a hot water bottle strapped to you
Hope this helps someone
