advice from anyone who had c section

what my doctor suggested was using pantyliners(pads) to put over the stitches so they would not sweat too much and so that my pants would not rub the area, and it worked great for me... also, taking showers was fine without anything on it did not seem to bother it she just told me to pat it dry and let it air dry for a minute afterwards
