advice & Help needed please

Hi All

Started using duofertility last month and its has shown this month that i ovulated on cd17, then started spotting cd26 and then AF fully here cd27.

However on cd27 i got my highest temperature yet on my chart and then on cd28 today, it slightly dropped but is inline with my post ovulation temperatures, is this normal? shouldnt it have dropped?

Also im pretty sure i have a lutheal phase defect then? I have been taking agnus castus but thinking of stopping and taking b6 instead. What do you ladies think/suggest?

I'm not familiar with the duofertility monitor but if you O'ed on cd 17 and AF arrived 10 days later, then I would be concerned about a LP deficiency. I have never heard of agnus castus but a lot of ladies on here have talked about taking b6. Maybe you could start a new thread asking about just that.

As far as the temp's I have had the same problem in the past, and that's why I don't overanalyze them anymore. I still take them, mostly around O time and when AF is near, that way I know when I have in fact O'ed because of the rise in temp and am in fact not pregnant because of the fall in temp. But other then that I don't think too much about it. And once in a while it has taken up to cd2 or 3 for my temp to fall below the coverline.
