Advice needed for af after miscarriage and found out your were pregnant?

H guys, Im probably writing in the wrong forum but i am looking for advice on being pregnant after a miscarriage.

My natural miscarriage at 6 weeks was nearly 4weeks ago and they said my af should appear within 4-7weeks however it started last week so a week early than i expected also it only lasted 2 days when its normally 4-5days?

Im confused because ive been getting aches in my groin and especially my lower back also have had itchy breast (sorry tmi) but i know it could be af symptoms also.

We have been ttc as soon as i stopped bleeding from my miscarriage in the hope to get pregnant again before af and was so gutted when af showed on thursday. I think i ovulated around Feb 14th as i had discomfort, but i cant help thinking could i be pregnant again with my very short period and lighter period or is it just my hormones still messed up.

If i took a pregnancy test now would it be accurate now?

Any Advice would be greatly appriciated

Its always a possibility but it may be unlikely if you had a period on thursday.

I would test to put your mind at rest.. I dont think any HCG from previous miscarriage would be there now x
