Advice needed please help

So last cycle the doctor started me on clomid and when i went for my follow up my period was a week late and the doctor said it looked like the clomid worked but the urine pregnancy test came back negative. He gave me progesterone to bring on the period and told me if i didnt start bleeding that i should come back in for another pregnancy test. The progesterone did cause me to start bleeding but it has me a bit concerned because its bleeding a lot heavier than normal and i ve been passing tissue and blood clots which i dont usually do either. I would have just said it was because of the progesterone pills but he put me on them last time to start start the cycle and i hadnt had a period in about 5 months and I wasnt bleeding as bad as i am. I dont know if this is normal and i am concerned as to if i should go in the doctor. The last time i had this much bleeding was when i miscarried but that was accompanied by the most horrible cramps i ever had in my life. I know for sure that was a miscarriage because i had a positive pregnancy test about six weeks before. But i never tested positive this go round. I dont know if i should go see the doctor or not because i know by the time i was bleeding this bad last time when i went into the doctor my pregnancy test was coming back negative. They only confirmed it was a miscarriage because i bought the tissue that i passed in and they sent it to the lab anc confirmed it products of conception. What do you ladies think i should do? All advice is welcomed

Sorry! That does sound worrisome. Why would a DR give you progesterone to start bleeding? I thought that progesterone levels dropping is what causes AF to come, and often what happens in a miscarriage....

He gave medroxyprogesterone to start my period which is the off brand of provera i think im not sure why he gave it to me i have pcos so maybe it was because of that i just know thats what he gave me for the period and clomid to make me ovulate.

Oh, I don't know much about PCOS. sorry you're going through this...I hope you get it figured out soon I'm not much help but sending you well wishes.
