Advice needed please

Hi ladies well i need your advice on something.

I will give u a brief over view on whats been going on with me here goes

started ttc March 09
Pregnant April 09 MMC july09 (baby 8+4weeks found out at 12week scan baby stopped growing)
Pregnant Oct 09 MC Oct 09 5weeks
Pregnant July 10 MC July 10 5weeks

Was given Metformin September 2011 as i was under FS.

Pregnant March 12 Ectopic April 12 Still bleeding/spotting/brown discharge 5 weeks later. Bleeding stopped last friday me and OH had sex Tuesday and i got a really bad pain across the top of my pubic bone then small amounts of spotting and brown discharge.

I went for a Scan yesterday as i was worried sumthing was really wrong.

I was scanned which was really painful on my left side (side of ectopic i havent lost any of my tubes or ovary's)

they said they could see something in my ovary and fluid too they kept asking if i had had this pain before or anything like this on any of my other scans. I said NO cos i havent had this before.

I then got to see a doctor he said it was normal its where i was pregnant your ovarys take time to go bk to normal after a egg is released etc..

because i'm still spotting etc.. and i dont know when i will have AF he recommends i go on the Pill for 1 to 2 months.

This is what i'm worried about do i go on the pill to help this and if so will it affect everything when i come off it?

i'm so worried about every little thing i dont want things to go wrong with me i have had enough of the heartache and pain the past 3 years

If anyone could help it would be brilliant

am not an expert but I would think 1-2 months on the Pill is all right. it should give your ovaries a bit of a rest. I was on the Pill once a few years ago for 2 cycles and then we stopped because I had very bad headaches. it did not do any hard and my cycle continued as normal.

I am very sorry for your losses! So many MC, there must be a reason. did you and your hubby do a DNA check? It might be an idea to go for IVF as things can come out that would explain your MC. One lady here kept having MC and then went for IVF, what they discovered was that her eggs would not shut down after a sperm got in and allowed other sperm to enter, it continued to develop but inevitable led to MC. During the IVF it was obviously easy to illuminate this factor and she carried to full term.

Hello There! I'm currently on the pill. I was put on the pill after my MC as well. I was advised to go on it for 2 months. I'm just finishing up my second pack, 6 days ago.

Apparently, it's good for your ovaries and helps with ph balance (not sure what that means). The only problem that I'm experiencing is that I am experiencing some break through bleeding and I haven't stopped bleeding for 2 weeks since I started my second pack of pills. But apparently it's okay as per my Doctor since I've never been on the pill before .. ever.

It seems that it's not uncommon that they tell female patients to go on the pill. I'm starting treatment/iui #2 when i get my period ... straight away off the pill.
