advice needed

so i started a job on sunday night..
it was hard work, because my shoes was too small, so 8hours running about with 15min break my feet were killing me! i could of cried, but i worked really hard!

so yesterday i had a phonecall from the agency sayng disney doesnt want me back as i had problems with my feet?! even though i told the boss im getting new shoes yesterday.

can they do that? seems abit discriminating to say because i had problems with my feet i cant do the job?!

That's not good hun, but I don't think there's much you can do about it

you could try contacting the place direct and explaining but other than that its agency... im sure something else will come up though

If you are classed as a casual worker,then there is nothing you can do I'm afraid...if you are an employee its a different story.x
