Advice needed :(

Hi ladies!! Can anyone give me any words of wisdom? This is my second pregnancy and with my first I had no signs of labour at all and had to go into hospital at 41+6 for induction (although I didn't need the drip as once my waters were broken I went into labour). Since last night I have had one mildly painful contraction type pain and ever since had this achy, period type pain in my bottom, which is usually how I feel when my period is due. Could this be a sign of anything or just baby movin down? I'm really confused!! X

The achyness is worse when I'm upright but almost disappears when I lie down, maybe it's time for the ball to be inflated 😄

Get the ball inflated and bounce/circle on it.. might help things in the right direction x
