Advice on coughing and hiccups after feeding?

So I'm a FTM to a beautiful 1 week old son.

I've noticed that sometimes after he breastfeeds and I put him down to sleep, he'll start coughing or hiccuping. He gets really annoyed and then wants to feed again and I'm wondering if he's truely hungry or wants to comfort eat I'm wondering what to do when he coughs and when he has hiccups?

My two week old often gets hiccups after feeds and if he gets frustrated I feed them away x it's perfectly normal
