Hi girls I have been expressing but to be honest keep forgetting lately lol I have 40 oz stored but what i would like the advice on is this:
LO feeds every 2.5/3 hours during the day then goes to bed at 6pm he wakes at 12am for a feed then every 2.5/3 hours after that so when would you advice the best time to express when I do remember to express it varies what I get from 1 oz to 4 oz? Any advice would be great as plan to stop bfing at about 6 months
