Advice on girl's name

Hi all,

I hope you can help. OH and I have been trying to think of a girl's name since we found out baby was on the way (had no such issues with boy's names!). We have finally managed to agree on a rather unusual name. What do you guys think of the name Isis?

I've never known anyone with this name! I've known an Iris tho -- similar pronunciation?
