Advice on smep

Not sure if right board to post on but after some advice with SMEP?


I was wondering if anyone has tried SMEP with a longer cycle and when to start BD and OPKs! I have a 32 day cycle and an approx 11 day LP!

Do I need to start Bd on cd8 as per plan or adjust it to start cd 12 as I'm not on standard 28 day!

I was thinking EOD from CD11 to a positive opk then 3 day in a row skip and ten one more Bd?

Tomorrow is my last af before we start ttc our second.

I have a 32 day cycle as well and with SMEP I adjusted to cd12 so I think your plan sounds good. Good Luck!!
