Hi Ladies! Any input would be appreciated.

Background info: My cycles are irregular, and cycle length is never consistent. Cycle averages 29 days long with a short luteal phase with low temps. My luteal phase will lengthen to 10-11 days, only with the help of herbs and progesterone cream. I also usually have mid-cycle spotting and scanty periods.

Currently: Taking maca, vitex (1st cycle since Dec), B-complex. I am over 2 weeks late for my period, on CD42. I am pretty sure I ovulated on day 13 based on CM, 1 sided ovary cramping, arousal, ect. I've had dull pelvic cramping, an increase in CM, and nipple/breast tenderness since ovulation. That leaves me in a 4 week wait, 29DPO. My temps are also high still, no signs of AF, and im not using pro-cream. Saw the doc yesterday and we did bloodwork, so i'm waiting for beta results. I haven't POAS since 23 dpo (BFN).

On 19dpo I had sharp right ovary pain which increased with bowel movements (i've experienced this before, but it's not typical for me). It only lasted a few hours. This makes me think I have a corpus luteal cyst.

Any ladies with similar stories? If it is a cyst, how long till I expect my cycle. Any ladies not get a BFP or +beta till after 6 weeks?

I've had cysts that have delayed my period anywhere from a week to an entire month. It can be pretty unpredictable. Best thing to do is to make a doctor's appt and have them run an ultrasound to see if that's the case. Good luck! I hope you get some answers!

Thank you! Yes, once my blood results come in my pcp is referring my to a specialist for imaging.

Anyone else experience anything similar?
