Hi, can anyone help?
i have been TTC for 2 years (18 months no periods due to microgynon getting out of my system!) now 6 months TTC with reegular periods. had been using CB fertility Monitor which wads showing the usual high and peak days. however, last month think i had an anovulatory cycle and only got highs on the CBFM no peaks...so decided to chart as well so i know for sure. so this is my first month.

normal temps until i think i ov'ed (and in line with when the CBFM said i did) which was last saturday. I got a temp rise on sunday morning, as i would have expected, up from 36.6. to 36.6.

however, since then (mon and today) my temp had dropped back down to 36.3 again, same as it was beofre i think i ov'ed. what is happeneing? could this be another anovulatory cycle that my CBFM is not picking up? i got all the usual EWCM etc when i was supposed to be oving end of last week...maybe i am taking my temp in the wrong way?? is there a irght way to do it?
sorry for the long post, any help appreciated, TTC for 2 years and going slightly mad!!
xx

anyone? just took temp this morning and its still low at 36.3???

Didn't want to read & run, not sure why your temp would have gone down again. Are you taking your temp first thing in the morning before you get up?

yes, am putting thermometer in my mouth as soon as my alarm goes off. is that the right way to do it?
any advice will be soo much appreciated!
think i am out this month anyway as 6 DPO (if i even ov'ed) and not a symptom in sight!

Here is your problem right away, i got awful results taking my temp orally lots of peaks and valleys all over the place. After 2 cycles of this FF recommended i take my temp vaginally. Ever since i have done it this way and its been much better with the correct pattens appearing. If you dont get your BFP this cycle try doing it this way next time. I can almost garentee (SP?) this will help x

wow, thanks for the advice razcox, i had never heard of doing it vaginally before! can i use the same thermometer? will definitely try it if no BFP this month.

Yes with most thermometers you can no problem, good luck
