Hiya guys, i am trying to make everything as clear in my head as i can before little on arrives. I am due to attend a wedding when he will be 6 weeks old. I figure while we are there he will need to be fed at least 6 maybe more times as we are staying overnight etc.

I plan on using the method of sterlising bottles, boil kettle, add powder, cool in bowl then add to the back of the fridge (will make up around 4-5 at a time depending on how much he is feeding)In the evening i plan on taking up one of his bottles and using the bottle warmer to warm it up, or even using the microwave and heating it up for 40 secs just to take the chill off it. I think i have that all worked out, but i am more concerned about feeding him whille i am out and about at the wedding etc? Has anyone got any advice? Should i use cartons? How will i clean bottles if there is no microwave etc? Will i have to take as many bottles as i need? Its all so confusing. Thanks x

Edit - Maybe i could take my sterilising and keep it in the room and use when i need to! x

Hi

You could buy some ready made cartons and the pre-sterilised bottles that they sell in Boots. That way you don't need to sterilise them just cut the milk carton open and pour it in and then your done, and just throw the bottle away after.

The bottles come in a pack of about 8 I think (could be wrong) and cost around £4 so definitely worth it xx
