Advice please - teething related

My son has one tooth which he got well over a month ago. Two weeks or so ago he started dribbling and chewing more than usual...this also happened with his first tooth.

On Thursday he started with runny nappies which most since have exploded resulting in outfit change after outfit change, he is his normal happy self and has been eating fine apart from breakfast on Saturday morning which he didn't want. He is drinking plenty of water so is hydrated.

I am putting this down to teething, is there anything I could be doing / giving him to help or just wait it out?
