MW says it could be early labour i have bad cramps and back pain i`m only 18wks 6days she cant come yet its to early

Go straight to A&E. Its better than sitting at home worrying and at least they can keep an eye on you there. Good luck

I totally agree, go to A&E, it is worth the trip to make sure you and your LO are ok.
