I've been TTC for 2 1/2 years, started letrozole again last month. I'm 7 days late for my period. Usually a week or so before AF my breasts get so swollen and tender and this month I haven't had that. The last few days they feel a little more fuller and a little tender on the sides. I've taken 4 tests all say Negative! I usually only get cramping the day AF appears, the last 4 days, I've had tiny cramping and I just wait for AF to come and she hasn't yet! Could I be pregnant? Should I contact the doctor to get blood work? Or is it still too early to tell?

I would call your doctor up and get some bloodwork done. It could be that you ovulated late, and therefore would get your period late, but if you're fairly regular then that shouldn't be the case. GL!

You could ask for a blood test at his point. I've heard of many many women that don't get positives until many weeks into their pregnancy!
On the other hand, I'm always like clockwork and I've had the same thing happen. Turns out it was probably an anovulatory cycle which is why my cycle was so long and my boobs didn't hurt.

Still no AF.. I think I might call my doctor today. I am usually bang on with my period 28-31 days ! Yesterday and today my tipples are tender to touch. I've had tiny tiny little cramps for the last 5 days and I'm like ok AF is coming but she hasn't yet! I was so emotional yesterday I thought I was going nuts lol

Thank you for getting back to me! It's nice to talk to other women about these kinds of things. I found this site and I'm really enjoying it ! :)

Thank you for getting back to me! :) I've never heard of anyone getting positive weeks after AF was due, until I did some research yesterday and was quite surprised.

Do you temp or track ovulation? It's possible you ovulated later than you thought you did and you're not due for AF yet.

It's also possible you're pregnant. My first pg, I didn't see anything on a test for over a week after AF was due. I m/c'd, which is how I know for sure I was pregnant, but it's definitely possible to be pregnant and not get a pos test yet.

I would def call the doctor and see if you can get a blood test. That's the way to know for sure.
