Hi Ladies I am hoping you can give me a bit advice. So I am cd10 and just thinking about how to manage my supplements if I was lucky enough to get bfp (well can but hope). I am taking dhea, Agnus Castus, Maca and Coq10 aside from the more conventional tcc supplement, high dose folic and b12. I know what I am doing with DHEA and Agnus Castus if I get bfp but what about Maca and Coq10? I gather I should stop coq10 from what I have read but should I just stop or do I wean (last time I stopped, do not think it had any impact on mc). Also Maca I have read conflicting reports, do I stop, continue or wean? Really I want to be taking as little as possible other than regular vitamins if I get a bfp, but do not want to undo any of the good work that the other things have done and cause a hormone drop or something. There is so much information on line and all contradicts each other, just when I think it I have it sussed I read something else! Thank you in advance for any input. :flower:

IM interested to know about the maca as well. Looks like there's not much research carried out with it and pregnancy. X

Yeah it is hard to find any good research. It is a 'food' rather than a herb and has been used a long time but basically a lot of sources say not enough is known about the use in pregnancy so avoid use. I guess what I really want to know is it ok to just stop at onset of bfp, I guess you are wanting to know the same? :)

Can't speak for maca but coq-10 is the main ingredient in one of the more popular prescription prenatals out there PreQue 10. I believe it's recommended now as part of a healthy prenatal supplement. Here's a link-
