Advise?...

soooo its a long story...
but ive (kind of) sorted a arrangment with FOB... he'll see LO every other weekend... one weekend in farnborough (where he lives) and the other in somerset(where his mum lives) i live in Basingstoke.. is this to disrputive for a 2 year old??

i felt so scared of the thought of going to court i agreed... as i was told by community legal advice if it went to court he would win this acsess anyway!!

even tho things a kinda sorted... i sneakily have a appointment with a solicitor tomorrow...
FOB doesnt think hes done anything wrong at all, so without a doubt hes gunna do it again...

what is suitable acsess... and is every other weekend in 2 different places too much????

any opoinions would be great xxx

personally, i would hate it & wouldnt allow it but then again, ts easy for me to say that as im not in that position. I wouldn't go as far as to say as it was disruptive but its exactly ideal for him but, then again, aslong as he is seeing his dad regularly & consistantly then thats good .. Sorry im not much help hun x

its not a nice prospect tho knowing even if i object he has the right to take me to court and do it anyway!!
so sick of it all1 if its not one thing its another, his whole fanily are selfish twats and i think FOB has a borderline mental illness.

i just wish him, his gf and his annoying fanily would just fuck off!!!!!!
leave me to raise my son properly. ergh!!!!!!!!

i know how you feel hun, courts are beyond ridiculous these days cos the dads will get their way reguardless! Something needs to be done x

I don't think that would be too disruptive. At least it's a set schedule for LO to see his Dad, which is a lot better than FOB floating in and out of LO's life.
