AF 2 weeks late & 3 BFN-Heading to Doctor

So DH and I have been ttc for roughly 2.5years now and confimed this year that due to issues with his sperm count, motility etc the only way we'll be able to conceive is through IVF. We are trying to save for IVF and my cylces are normally 31-32 days but I am now on day 46 and no AF. I took 3 hpt during this time all of which were heartbreakingly negative. Finally built up the nerve to make an appointment with doctor for today at 12:30pm and I am so nervous. Although I know the likelihood of me being pregnant after negative hpt is very slim, a little piece of me is still holding on to hope that I am and even if it isn't a bfp I hope there isn't anything serioulsy wrong. Please say a prayer and keep your fingers crossed for me.

do you check your ovulation? it is possible that for some reason you ovulated later than normal. however, it is still possible you are pregnant. I was recently at a hospital for MRI and the administrator told me I need to be sure i am not pregnant for this procedure. she had a lovely bump so we talked and apparently she did not know for two weeks whether she was pregnant or not! so it happens apparently. fingers crossed!
