"AF" 5 Days Early + More. Help!

Hello, all!

I've been admittedly lurking around these forums for awhile as my hubby and I are TTC. I finally decided to make it "official" today and start a profile.

I've been using OPKs and I know when I ovulated; we BD'd right around the time and even days afterward. AF was supposed to come on Saturday, but on Monday I felt like I had the flu (headache, achy body, tired) - I even threw up three times - plus I had sore boobs. The next day, felt better (still tired) but at night started spotting. It turned into more bleeding, like a period but scanty. Bright red. Not heavy, though... and five days early then when I'm supposed to start. (I'm never early!) And now, it's Friday and it feels like it's ending, when my AF usually lasts at least six days. Not sure what to think. Hopeful that it is some sort of implantation bleeding but worried it's just an early AF. Took a test on Tuesday, but it was BFN. Maybe too early to test then? Advice?

Maybe your cycle is switching up becuz in doesn't usually last 5 days.its usually 2 days...but when u were bleeding did u have to use a pad or a Pantyliner?

Yes, it was enough to use a pad, but seemed totally different than a regular period. Scanty, light, heavy at times, then light again. So confused!

I also had cramping on one side, more than normal. It went away after sleeping it off, but now I feel very slight cramping again.

Yea for it to switch up from light to heavy that wasn't ib..google ib and read up on it from different websites.

you should test 4-5 days after you think you had implantation bleeding for accurate results are you gonna test again

i had IB with my first lasted 3 days and it started of like smear pinkish the first day and was redish brown the next two i thought i got my period but no tested a week later positive healthy baby girl now who is 18 m

all women are diff to some dont even bleed at all some do a little the color varys how old the blood is and some can have heavy implantation bleeding

no several women who have from other sites and were preggo


even tho 20-30% only exp or see it weird huh the body works in all ways

Thanks! I'll be re-testing again... should it be 4-5 days from when I started bleeding? Which would be today or tomorrow... or when I'm supposed to start my period? Worried for another BFN, hesitant to test!
