AF 5 Days Late - Test Negative

I took the test this morning and it was a big fat negative. Yesterday I had some cramping so I thought AF was coming but she's not here yet... Is it still possible that I could be pregnant?

Should I test again in a few days?

I haven't tested again yet... I am now beginning to wonder if I ovulated at all or if I am actually ovulating right now. AF is still not here (7 days late)... I will test tomorrow!

So, I spoke with my doctor and it turns out I have anovulatory cycles and she has referred me to a specialist. I'm really disappointed in this turn of events. Does anyone have any resources for anovulatory cycles?

I received my period today - I was praying it was just spotting but nope.

I meet with a infertility specialist tomorrow. Wish me luck!
